Mary J. Pritchard, president of Pritchard Group Insurance, specializes in employee benefits plans. As a full service independent agency, she also offers her clients auto/home, life, commercial, wellness, employee assistance programs and individual health policies. Teresa Pickering has been with Pritchard Group Insurance for the past three years. As a key team member, Teresa is our lead customer service individual and first contact with our clients and potential clients. Teresa works tirelessly to work through issues from our clients or carriers and makes sure follow-up is completed to assure a satisfactory conclusion to the issue. Teresa has not missed a day at the office in the three years with Pritchard Group Insurance, a true testament to her dedication to her job and our clients.
